Okay, I have a question.
Why are we all so freaking critical of ourselves?

I mean, each one of us has our own talents, our own knowledge, intelligence, gifts. Yet we’re always comparing ourselves to other people, always saying, ‘If only I could do that. If only I could be like that.'
We forget that we have what we have for a reason. We have our own place in God’s plan. And we need to use the things we have to praise Him.
What’s the point in forgetting, ignoring our purpose?
Even if we don’t know what His plan for us in the long run is, we can still use today.
We still need to use the things he has given us, instead of letting them go to waste.

Anyway, we’re not supposed to know the future. If we were, we’d know it.
We’re supposed to live in the present, and act in the present. Not the future. Not the past. Not the ‘could be.’

We all live way too much in the focus of this world, instead of the presence of God.

And really, which one is better?
